Categories of Vehicles

Vehicles “Stock” 🏢
We offer flexible terms tailored to your needs, with transparent communication and seamless adjustments. These vehicles are available in our showroom, ready for immediate pickup or delivery upon payment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location, and temporary license plates can be arranged within 3 working days.
If you’re interested in seeing the vehicle in person, please contact us online or by phone to schedule a test drive and inspection.

Vehicles “Partner” 🤝
The sales conditions for these vehicles are established by our trusted partners, which include reputable banks and leasing companies, and are strictly non-negotiable.
These vehicles are sold by our partners through online auctions during the pre-live phase. These vehicles originate from unpaid financing contracts and have been repossessed from individual debtors or bankrupt dealerships. Since a significant portion of their original value has already been covered, they are offered at highly competitive prices.
Please note that these vehicles are not physically available in our showroom, as we are not their legal owners. We act solely as authorized intermediaries on behalf of our partners.
These vehicles are sourced from various European countries and stored in secure regional logistics centers located in their country of origin, under the management of our trusted partners. The country of origin is clearly specified in each vehicle listing.
Before being listed for sale on our platform, each vehicle undergoes a thorough inspection by certified mechanics to verify both its condition and the accuracy of the provided information. All vehicles are delivered in impeccable condition, with certified mileage and a complete maintenance history.
These vehicles are available for purchase by both private individuals and businesses. However, individuals are not permitted to participate in the auction and must use the “Buy Now” option, which requires purchasing the vehicle at the listed price and immediately removing it from the auction. In contrast, businesses may participate in the bidding process using the “Bid Now” feature, potentially obtaining the vehicle at a lower price.
In full compliance with applicable auction laws, the entire auction and sales process is overseen by a law firm or notary public appointed by our partners, the legal owners of the vehicles. This guarantees complete legal compliance and protection throughout the transaction.
Each vehicle comes with a certificate of non-pledge, confirming that it is free from any outstanding debts or encumbrances.

Vehicles marked as “Reserved” or “Sold” are no longer available for purchase, as they have been assigned to other buyers.

Warranty

Every vehicle purchased through our platform comes with a one-year warranty or coverage for up to 25,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first. This warranty is provided directly by the manufacturer and is activated upon delivery. It covers the following components:

• Engine
• Transmission
• Mechanical and electrical components

The warranty is valid at any authorized service center within Europe and is fully transferable if the vehicle is sold. If the vehicle remains under the original manufacturer’s warranty, that warranty will take precedence.

Export Services

We provide export services across Europe and internationally, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. For customers within EU member states who choose our delivery service, the final registration fees are included in the delivery cost, and we manage the entire process on your behalf.

How to Buy a “Partner” Vehicle

Option 1: “Buy Now” 🚗
This option allows both private individuals and businesses to purchase the vehicle immediately at a fixed price, bypassing the online auction process. Once selected, the vehicle is withdrawn from the auction, and the transaction is completed at the listed price. This guarantees the certainty of securing the vehicle, without the unpredictability of bidding. All prices are set by our trusted partners.

To proceed with your purchase, please download and complete the “Order Form” and submit it together with a copy of your ID or passport.
If purchasing as a business entity, please include your company registration certificate and VAT number.
Once all documents have been verified and your file is confirmed as complete, the vehicle will be reserved in your name and the purchase process will begin.

Option 2: “Bid Now” 🔨
This option is exclusively available to businesses, regardless of industry, and allows them to place bids during the pre-live phase of the online auction.

• Minimum Bid: This indicates the starting price of the auction. All bids must meet or exceed this amount; lower offers will not be accepted.
• You will be notified within 24 hours whether your bid was successful. In the case of multiple bids submitted within this timeframe, the highest bid will be considered the winning offer.

Pickup and Delivery Options for “Partner” Vehicles

Once your purchase is confirmed, the vehicle will be transferred to our showroom within 5 to 7 working days. Upon arrival, it will undergo a final inspection by certified mechanics to ensure it fully corresponds to the described condition.

Once the inspection is complete, you will be notified to arrange either collection or delivery of the vehicle:

• Pickup: You may collect the vehicle directly from our showroom at no additional cost.
• Delivery: Alternatively, we can arrange delivery to your preferred location. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your location. For buyers within EU member states, vehicle registration taxes are included in the delivery cost, and we take care of all related administrative procedures.

Sale and Export Fee

A fixed fee of €350 will be added to the final vehicle price to cover the preparation of all sales and export documentation, where applicable.
This is an all-inclusive charge with no hidden costs, ensuring that all administrative formalities related to the sale and export process are completed accurately and efficiently.

Payment Methods for “Partner” Vehicles

To ensure a secure transaction, we offer two trusted payment methods. Please select the option that best suits your preferences.

1. Bank Transfer 💳
By selecting this payment option, the buyer agrees to complete the payment via bank transfer. Once you initiate the purchase, we will send you the sales contract via email, which outlines the vehicle details and the terms of the sale. After receiving the signed contract, we will issue a proforma invoice specifying the total amount due.
Once the transfer is completed, please send us a copy of the transfer receipt, ensuring all relevant details are visible for verification. This will allow us to confirm your payment and proceed with the necessary steps for preparing the vehicle for pickup or delivery. We are committed to providing a secure and efficient transaction, ensuring a smooth experience from payment to delivery.

2. Payment via Escrow Account 🏦
By choosing this payment option, your funds will be securely held in an escrow account managed by the law firm or notary public appointed by our partners to oversee the auction and sale process. Acting as a trusted third party, they ensure the transaction is handled with the utmost security.
The funds will remain in escrow until you receive the vehicle and confirm within 5 working days that it matches the provided photos, description, and condition. This eliminates the risk of non-delivery or discrepancies, ensuring payment is only released to the seller once you are fully satisfied with the vehicle. Your investment is fully secure.
Additionally, our partner, the legal owner of the vehicle, covers all escrow service fees, so you won’t incur any extra costs.

Full payment for “Partner” vehicles is required and must be confirmed within 48 business hours after receiving the sales contract or escrow agreement. Please note that financing options are not available for these vehicles. We kindly ask you to review this requirement carefully to ensure the timely completion of the transaction.

Vehicle Inspection and Return Policy

🔍 Inspection and Acceptance Period
Upon taking possession of your vehicle, you benefit from a five (5) working day inspection period, during which you test drive up to 600 kilometers to ensure it meets your expectations.The vehicle will be delivered with temporary license plates and comprehensive insurance coverage valid across Europe, allowing you to drive legally. During this period, we encourage you to thoroughly inspect and test-drive the vehicle. If any discrepancies arise, please notify us immediately.
For “Partner” vehicles, we perform an additional thorough inspection before delivery to ensure the vehicle is in impeccable condition and fully matches the provided description.
Your satisfaction and confidence are our top priorities.

❌ Reasons for Refusing the Vehicle
You may refuse the vehicle only for valid and documented reasons. These include discrepancies between the listing details and the vehicle’s actual condition upon delivery, missing features, or the presence of undisclosed damage or defects that were not communicated prior to purchase. The specific conditions under which refusal is permitted are clearly outlined in the sales contract or escrow agreement.

📄 Refusal Procedure
If you decide to refuse the vehicle, you must complete and sign the “Vehicle Return Form”, clearly stating the reasons for your refusal.

💸 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 48 business hours of receiving the signed “Vehicle Return Form”. The vehicle will be collected at our expense within 24 business hours after the refund approval.

🎁 Voucher for Accepted Vehicles
If you accept the vehicle, you will receive a €1,000 voucher, which can be redeemed toward a future purchase on our platform. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of issue.

🚚 Delivery Failure
If the vehicle is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund, which will be processed within 48 working hours after the delivery deadline has passed.

🛠️ Buyer’s Responsibility
You are responsible for conducting a thorough inspection of the vehicle within the five-day period. We highly recommend having the inspection performed at an authorized service center of the vehicle’s manufacturer.

Vehicle Delivery and Registration

🚚 Delivery
We offer delivery to any location within Europe and internationally. Vehicles are transported either by our own fleet or through trusted logistics partners. For long-distance deliveries that require maritime or ocean shipping, we work with specialized providers to ensure a smooth process. The delivery fee is calculated at €0.50 per kilometer, and you can easily estimate the total cost using our delivery calculator, available on each vehicle’s listing page.

📝 Registration
We handle the vehicle registration on your behalf, ensuring a hassle-free experience. This service is included in the delivery fee and is available exclusively to EU customers who choose our delivery service and accept the vehicle within the five-day inspection period.
